JOB DESCRIPTION - Role and Responsibilities

Reuters America seeks talented student journalists with a passion for breaking news to work as interns in New York, Boston, Washington DC, Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Latin America during the summer of 2010. There is nothing like the constant deadline of a news agency to hone your reporting, writing and multimedia skills. The ten-week paid internships are a crash course in hands-on business, political, general news and financial video reporting and producing. A Reuters internship offers student journalists a global audience of leading media outlets, financial decision-makers and savvy internet readers totaling more than a billion people every day.

Qualifications

JOB SPECIFICATIONS - Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Please provide the following information:

* Seniors and Graduate students
* All applicants should have an interest in business journalism
* Previous journalism internships preferred
* Foreign languages helpful
* Multimedia skills preferred
