Print out the form below and return it to the director of Career Services after you have set up your credit internship.

If at all possible, you should email (or drop off this form) to the Career Services office before registration closes for the semester. After that date, send an email to Pamela.Noel@nyu.edu or call (212) 992-9665 to ask about registering.

Only once the director has received this form and approved your internship can you enroll in the credit internship course. Note: graduate students must also obtain an access code to register.
