SHERP Students Win National Awards

Two SHERP students, Mara Grunbaum and Ferris Jabr, have won national science journalism awards. Grunbaum, who also attended NYU as an undergraduate, won first place in the 2010 Collegiate Science Journalist Competition, which is affiliated with the Collegiate Inventors Competition. Jabr won the 2010 Science Journalism Student Award sponsored by the Society for Neuroscience.
