Just to drop a few names, past issues have featured INTERPOL chief Ron Noble, former football commissioner Paul Tagliabue, IAEA head and Nobel Peace Prize winner Mohamed ElBaradei, directors Ang and Spike Lee, fashion designer Alice Roi, and writers Frank McCourt, Pete Hamill, and Judy Blume.
In addition to alumni profiles, the magazine boasts a large feature well, and dedicated sections to NYC news, arts & culture, and print. The magazine won a silver medal CASE award for its fall 2006 issue, On the Frontlines, which included features on the stem cell legislative battle, the crisis in Darfur, and analyses of the situations in Iran and Afghanistan.
