Superheroes Band Together to Fight Digital Piracy!
justice like lightning

For the first time EVER, Hollywood and entertainment technology companies are teaming up with the common goal of combatting digital music piracy. IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba, Disney and Warner Bros. will work to develop the Advanced Access Content System, or AACS. The technology will be used to enforce copyright protections and preclude potential pirates from reproducing digital material. The Crime Syndicate of Amerika, the evil underground organization largely responsible for music piracy, is currently holed in a bunker on Earth-2 plotting the downfall of the heros. "We've been dreading this day", said Power Ring, an evil alternate universe version of the Green Lantern. "We will crush them all like insects", said Owlman, while watching a bootleg version of J.Lo's "Gigli" that he didn't pay for.
