Carla Usher is a graduate journalism student at New York University specializing in national reporting. A New York native from the Bronx, she graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Government and a passion for politics and public affairs. She has been a mainstay of the business world with varied careers in management, marketing and real estate. Carla’s experience at Media Bistro spurred her decision to break into journalism, and her exceptional speaking voice makes her a perfect candidate for broadcast news. Shortly before starting graduate school, she worked for Hilary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
