Judith Aquino, a Queens native, is a graduate journalism student at New York University. Prior to attending NYU she was an editorial assistant at a non-profit organization. She is a contributing writer for Education Update, a monthly newspaper that deals with issues, people and events in education from pre-school to graduate school.
