Lee Carter is a graduate student in Reporting the Nation at NYU. He grew up in Dallas where from an early age his interest in journalism blossomed into the editorship of his grade school newspaper. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at Dallas. Since then he has worked in the computer industry, dabbled in real estate, and spent his leisure time at traveling extensively. He enjoys snow skiing, golf, and throws a mean game of Petanque.
