Nadia Arumugam is a graduate journalism student at New York University. Born and bred Malaysian but having grown up in London, UK,she considers herself a true hybrid of East-West predilections. A graduate of Oxford University and the London School of Economics, she is a freelance writer with a special interest in food. A chef by training she was the food editor at a UK glossy food and lifestyle magazine for two years and continues to seek out exciting gastronomic stories.
