Shannon Geis is a journalism and politics double major at NYU. She was born and raised in Beaver Crossing, Nebraska. She is interested in politics and national news but also enjoys working with radio broadcast. She contributes regularly to NYU’s campus radio news show (89.1 WNYU). Shannon hopes to work on long form radio and documentary, while also shaping journalism for the web.
