Author: Sharon Shattuck

Before moving to New York City in 2008 to study news and documentary journalism, Sharon Shattuck worked as a conservation botanist with the Field Museum in Chicago and the Smithsonian Institute in Panama. She plays viola in several bands and is working on her first musical film score. Sharon hopes to inspire in others an appreciation of ecology through her multimedia work.
