Suzanne Krause arrived in New York City in 2003. She lives either on the Lower East Side or Chinatown, depending on her mood and one’s perspective. Each evening around 6 p.m. her stairwell begins to smell of a perfectly-cooked rice. The dream that a neighbor will invite her over for dinner has not yet died. Suzanne is an NPR geek who likes indie rock, the French language, traveling, and people. She hopes to work for a newspaper or magazine writing about interesting subjects with an international focus.
