We only accept event requests from members of NYU Journalism.
Each event must be sponsored by a faculty member.
We will do our best to accommodate your requested date. Your request is not confirmed until you receive a follow-up from our Events Coordinator.
To request an event at the 7th Floor Commons, use the main events request form.
To request an event in the Screening Room, use this form.
Files/links to be screened must be sent loaded and tested in advance.
**Food is not allowed in the screening room. If you would like to have food or a reception along with use of the Screening Room, you will need to reserve the Screening Room and the 7th Floor Commons for receptions and food service. This means you will need to submit both request forms.
