Judith Miller -- Take This!

Video blogger Josh Wolf is not only the longest journalist held for (protecting free speech) contempt of court as of yesterday, he is also the first blogger to be jailed. Wolf broke two records in one cell- not too shabby.

Mr. Wolf has been doing time since August for failing to give the Federal government his unpublished video that may or may not show a San Francisco police car being set fire in a 2005 violent protest.

Since technically the car was paid for by the government, the California Shield's Law that protects journalists' freedom of speech is not valid.

While most of the journalism community deems Wolf as a "hero" and have literally celebrated his impressive defiance of the law, some question Wolf's motives.

I smell a conspiracy... or at least a made for TV movie.

What do you think?
