GlobalBeat 2020 prepares grad students for the rigors of overseas reporting while working on broadcast-quality video news reports for prominent national outlets. A spring break trip to an overseas location is embedded in the class. Past destinations: Morocco, Senegal, Ukraine, Cambodia, and Peru. The 2020 destination will be determined in late 2019.
