Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute graduates learn on the streets of New York City and in the classrooms of New York University. Here, they dedicated themselves to the craft of inquiry and to seeking out stories that matter. Now, they are reporting for the New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and Reuters, Scientific American and Politico, and the Atlantic and National Geographic. And they are publishing books, winning awards, experimenting with new media, and starting new outlets. Wherever you go, NYU alumni are there to tell the stories we need.

Resources for Alumni

We have a multitude of resources to keep grads informed about Institute events and alumni news as well as career opportunities and advice. In our Career Services section, you can check out our job listings or, if you’re an employer, post one. You’ll also want to bookmark our Events page, a frequently updated bulletin board for announcements about Institute events and updates on faculty, students and alumni in the news. Additionally, New York University alumni have free, offsite access to a package of premium electronic resources thanks to a gift from the Class of 2006 and donations from Friends of Bobst Library. Check out your free NYU E-Library Perks.
