Morgan Johnson

Before starting NYU’s AJO program, I had just graduated from George Washington University with a degree in international affairs. Deep down, I always knew journalism was my endgame — but felt intimidated on where to even begin. I applied to AJO in the midst of the pandemic and from there my journey unfolded. The program helped me cultivate the necessary skills for me to find my place in the broadcast sphere, where I landed my first full-time job at NBC News. Though my career is just starting, I am forever grateful for AJO and the path it launched in front of me.
