In 2019, veteran actress & NYU Journalism alumna Regina Hall (Scary Movie, Girls Trip, The Best Man) became the first African American in the 80-year history of the NY Film Critics Circle to win its coveted Best Actress Award. She’ll discuss race in Hollywood with Prof. Pamela Newkirk, author of the recently published Diversity, Inc.
