Global Legacies of Stonewall

A roundtable discussion about LGBTQ+ legacies of Stonewall in their local and global impact beyond the U.S. Bringing together activists and academics who have worked on sexual and gender rights issues in the Middle East, East Asia, and the global south, this roundtable will discuss the contemporary landscape of LGBTQ+ rights alongside and against the U.S. experiences, and the challenges that lie ahead.
