NYU sends students to NABJNAHJ16 convention in DC
NYU Journalism sent 18 students and six faculty/staff to the National Association of Black Journalists/ National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NABJNAHJ16) convention in DC. Several impressive NYU alumni also took part in the event and the NYU reception (including Yamiche Alcindor of New York Times, Ian Blair of New Yorker, Jamiles Lartey of Guardian, Carolina Moreno of Huffinton Post, Roque Planas of Huffington Post, Frances Robles of New York Times, Darlene Superville of AP, Maegan Vazquez of Independent Journal, and more.)
