Master Class with Judith Helfand

On Wed. December 8, NYU Alum Judith Helfand returned to NewsDoc to help third semester students perfect the art of creating a brand for their films. The students workshopped their synopses, photos, and log lines.

Judith led the class by having the third semester students write their synopses on the white board and first semester students underlying the words that resonated the most. Then, Judith went through each synopsis to focus on the heart of the story.
