Deborah Balthazar (SHERP 2022) wins post-grad fellowship
Balthazar has been awarded the Sharon Begley Science Reporting Fellowship at STAT News. Balthazar got her undergraduate degree in biology and then worked in local news and taught middle-school science before coming to SHERP. She will spend a year working at STAT’s main office in Boston.
