As a head of product at Dow Jones, Chao Li leads the tech and product work for the launch of an upcoming new commerce initiative. Previously, she spent two years focusing on digital strategy as part of the Wall Street Journal newsroom. Before joining The Wall Street Journal and Dow Jones, Chao spent over eleven years working in digital media, spending time at Group Nine Media and Vox Media where she specialized in bridging the gap between technology and a diverse range of products, including storytelling and visualization tools. Chao is also a proud alumni of the Studio 20 program at NYU.
