Clover Hope is an entertainment journalist with 15-plus years of experience writing for publications like The Village Voice, Wall Street Journal Magazine, GQ, Wired, Elle, The New York Times, and Vogue. Hope has covered the spectrum of pop culture across print and digital, holding editor positions at Billboard, Vibe, XXL, and Jezebel. She is currently a contributing editor at Pitchfork and author of The Motherlode: 100+ Women Who Made Hip-Hop, a comprehensive history of women rappers.
