David Tamarkin

David Tamarkin is an award-winning editor and food writer whose work has appeared in The New York Times, Bon Appetit, Condé Nast Traveler, Gourmet (RIP), Details (RIP), Cooking Light (RIP), and many other publications both living and dead. He was one of the founding editors of Time Out Chicago, where he was a restaurant critic and food editor, and for many years he ran the recipe website Epicurious. David is the Editorial Director of King Arthur Baking Company, the author of the cookbook COOK90, and the steward of a sporadically-sent newsletter, The Occasional Tamarkin.
