I’m the Sports Director at KFDA, the top station in my home region of the Texas Panhandle. AJO not only taught me how to be a great journalist, but perhaps more importantly, how to be confident in my abilities. In an industry rampant with impostor syndrome, AJO empowered me to become the journalist I always dreamt I could be. The skills, relationships, and experiences provided to me by this program have demonstrably changed my career and my life for the better.
