Will Hermes is a Senior Critic and Contributing Editor at Rolling Stone, a longtime contributor to National Public Radio’s “All Things Considered,” and author of Love Goes To Buildings On Fire: Five Years In New York That Changed Music Forever. His writing has also appeared in The New York Times, Slate, The Believer, The New York Times Book Review, Spin, GQ, Utne Reader, and The Village Voice, and has been featured twice in the Da Capo Best Music Writing series. He co-edited SPIN: 20 Years of Alternative Music (Crown/Three Rivers, 2006) with his pal Sia Michel.
