Join us for a live conversation with the co-hosts of the podcast Southlake. The Peabody-award winning program chronicles the push for a more inclusive curriculum in a Texas school district and the backlash that followed as white conservative parents in the community joined with others around the country and mobilized against critical race theory. This event is part of the Big Read/Big Listen program sponsored by NYU Journalism’s Diversity Committee. The event will be hosted online.
