The event will highlight one story in particular, Richard Wright and the intellectual protest that took place in France in the fall of 1960 over resistance to the Algerian War.

Benjamen Walker will discuss his series with NYU Journalism’s Dr. Chenjerai Kumanyika.

Benjamen Walker is the host of Benjamen Walker’s Theory of Everything podcast and he is one of the founding members of Radiotopia from PRX.
