30th Anniversary Celebration

SHERP marks a milestone: 30 years of groundbreaking science journalism

More than 170 alumni, students, faculty and friends of SHERP (and SERP before it) gathered November 17, 2012, to mark our 30th anniversary with a panel discussion and party.

The panel featured three of the world’s leading practitioners of science storytelling: best-selling authors Mary Roach and Rebecca Skloot and Radiolab creator Jad Abumrad. You can watch the discussion!

We also raised almost $10,000 for the Bill Burrows SHERP Scholarship Fund. Thanks, everyone!
